My greatest adventure was packing friends into my first car, an old '49 Ford sedan and putting it onto the railroad tracks, letting some air out of the tires to keep it on the tracks and then speeding out of town.

Our adventure, a few miles down the rails, turns to an immediate adrenaline rush as we discover a freight train challenging us head on. Somewhat scary when you can find no place to get off of elevated tracks. We did all survive but the old Ford's tires ended up with four simultaneous blowouts.

As a relatively new driver, try explaining that to your Dad.
